Ordering

All orders are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and, if possible, include photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Handcrafted Products

Our metal balance models are individually handcrafted. Small variations in colour, finish and detail are part of their unique character and are not considered faults.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
